What we do

The whole life of the material, not one leg of the journey.

Most contractors take waste away. SoilX manages what happens to it - from the moment material is classified on site, through transport and processing, to the point it returns to a project as a certified product.

That single line of custody is the difference. Because we hold classification, logistics, recovery and compliance under one roof, material does not fall between contractors, documentation does not go missing, and recovery is not somebody else's problem at the end of the chain.

How we work

Six steps, one chain of custody.

Material does not change hands between contractors at any point. It changes state.

  1. 01

    Construction project

Excavation, demolition and civil works generate material that has to be moved and accounted for.

  2. 02

    Classification

Material is sampled and classified against the relevant state framework before anything leaves site. Classification determines every decision that follows.

  3. 03

    Transport

Licensed transport under tracked movement documentation, including cross-border movements between NSW and QLD.

  4. 04

    Recovery

Sorting and separation at licensed facilities or by mobile plant deployed to site, maximising what can be diverted from landfill.

  5. 05

    Recycling

Processing into certified recycled products - road base, drainage aggregate, sands and manufactured soils - with quality control and product certification.

  6. 06

    Back into infrastructure

Recovered product returns to construction and infrastructure projects, displacing virgin material and closing the loop.

The SoilX difference

Four reasons clients consolidate with us.

Recover more

Recovery is the objective, not the by-product. Processing capability and material knowledge are aimed at diverting the maximum volume that can be lawfully and safely reused.

Stay compliant

Classification, tracking, levy assessment and reporting are handled as core work. Cross-border movements are planned against both jurisdictions before material moves.

Reduce costs

Diversion lowers disposal and levy exposure, and recycled product costs less than imported virgin material. The commercial case and the environmental case are the same case.

One trusted partner

Classification, transport, processing and reporting sit with one accountable operator, which removes the coordination overhead of managing four.
