Services
Five capabilities that work as one service.
Classification, transport, processing and compliance are delivered by a single accountable operator, so material and documentation never fall between contractors.
Capability
Resource recovery
Advanced C&D waste processing and material recovery, run through licensed facilities and mobile plant to maximise diversion from landfill and produce high-quality recovered products for construction and infrastructure.
- Advanced material sorting and separation technologies
- High-volume C&D waste processing against high recovery targets
- Production of recycled aggregates, sands and soils
- Quality control, sampling and product certification
- EPA licensed facilities and mobile plant operations
- International export of recovered commodities, Basel compliant
- Full traceability and resource recovery reporting
- Integration with demolition and excavation projects
Capability
Facility management
Operation and management of resource recovery and transfer facilities, run to their licence conditions. We hold the weighbridge, the stockpiles, the inventory and the reporting, and front the regulator and the community, so a site stays compliant and accountable from the gate in to the gate out.
- Operation and management of resource recovery and transfer facilities
- Licence and environmental compliance under EPL and ERA conditions
- Weighbridge, stockpile and inventory management with full reporting
- Site auditing and incident management
- Regulator and community liaison
- Load classification, acceptance and rejection at the gate
Capability
Screening & aggregates
Screening and processing that transforms construction, demolition and excavation waste into valuable, certified recycled products - reducing the need for virgin material, lowering project costs and delivering measurable environmental outcomes.
- On-site and fixed plant screening of soils, rubble and aggregates
- Production of high-spec recycled road base and drainage materials
- Topsoil blending and manufactured soils to client specification
- Stockpile management, sampling, testing and validation
- Mobile plant deployment for remote or large-scale projects
- Significant cost savings against imported virgin materials
- Reduced disposal costs and environmental footprint
- Full chain-of-custody documentation for ESG reporting
Capability
Remediation & compliance
Contaminated material management covering the classification, handling and processing of PFAS-impacted soils, asbestos-containing materials and other regulated wastes. All work is undertaken in strict accordance with EPA requirements, SafeWork NSW and the relevant state regulations.
- Site investigation support and Remediation Action Plans
- PFAS and contaminated soil classification and validation
- Licensed asbestos removal, friable and non-friable
- Compliant transport, treatment and disposal tracking
- On-site stabilisation and immobilisation technologies
- Site clearance certificates and validation reporting
- Integration with resource recovery where material can be safely reused
- Cross-jurisdictional expertise across NSW, QLD and VIC levy and EPA rules
Capability
General solid waste (GSW)
Acceptance, classification and management of general solid waste - both putrescible and non-putrescible - handled to NSW EPA requirements. Recoverable material is diverted wherever it can be, with only genuine residuals directed to licensed disposal, and full documentation produced at every step.
- Acceptance and classification of general solid waste, putrescible and non-putrescible
- Load inspection, acceptance and rejection at the gate
- Sorting and separation to divert recoverable material from landfill
- Compliant transport and tracking to licensed receiving facilities
- Waste classification against both NSW and QLD requirements
- Lawful disposal of genuine residuals with full documentation
- Chain-of-custody and waste tracking records for ESG and audit
How we work
Six steps, one chain of custody.
Material does not change hands between contractors at any point. It changes state.
Why clients choose SoilX
The commercial case and the environmental case are the same case.
One accountable operator
Every capability under one contract removes the coordination overhead - and the gaps between contractors where compliance failures happen.
Regulatory fluency in both states
NSW and QLD classify waste differently and levy it differently. We plan movements against both regimes before material leaves the ground.
Recovery as the objective
Processing capability is aimed at diverting the maximum volume that can lawfully and safely be reused, not at moving material to the nearest hole.
Documentation that survives audit
Tracking, validation reporting and chain-of-custody records are produced as standard, because ESG reporting and regulator scrutiny both depend on them.
Tell us what is coming out of the ground.
We will tell you how it can be classified, moved and recovered.
